| INTRODUCING HAUSANGELES |
Literally ‘House of Angels’ we picked this name as a tribute to our favorite city Los Angeles where we “live” the real estate business every day. We want our name to exude quality, professionalism and design
What we do:We offer real estate consulting and transaction (buy or sell) services focused on residential real estate, for living or for investment. This includes properties classified as single family or multi-family (typically 4+ unit properties)
Our geographic focus:We want to be your real estate team no matter where you live in the US. We serve the Eastside, Westside, Pasadena and Downtown Los Angeles neighborhoods with our core HausAngeles team. For those of you you live outside these neighborhoods or in a different city, we serve you by partnering with a leading neighborhood realtor who shares our philosophy on quality, ethics and professionalism and is the “on the ground” lead with HausAngeles’ oversight.
Our distinctive approach:Here’s how we are different than most real estate companies and agents:
- Quality: We are focused on “raising the bar” by providing world class quality in the areas of: professionalism in working approach and end-products, ethics and honesty (“always doing the right thing”), marketing and advertising execution (including fully leveraging the power of new media) and referrals to a growing network of adjacent professionals and service providers (e.g., handymen, painters, lawyers, lenders, etc.)
- Consulting: We offer real estate consulting services grounded in “the numbers” free of charge as a value added service
- Giving Back: As individuals and as a company, we care deeply about our people and our community and give back in as many ways as we can including monetary donations, education/training, public policy initiatives and community service.
Our team:As we start 2009, our team includes:
- Avantika (AV) Shahi, COO: a top 1% ranked realtor in Los Angeles and an architect by training, AV directly manages all HausAngeles listings and oversees all transactions
- Ray Mathoda, CEO: a former management consultant and banking executive, Ray is focused on real estate investments, foreclosures/short sales and affordable housing
- Bruce Seid, Investment Specialist: Bruce loves numbers and is focused solely on identifying, evaluating and selling income producing properties (both single and multi-family/commercial)
- Doug and DJ, Buyer Specialists: Doug and DJ are experienced agents focused exclusively on working with buyers
- Martha, Executive Assistant: Martha keeps us organized and on time and is a pleasure to work with
