So we came across this listing as we were scouring through the architectural inventory on the Westside, and have been coveting since.
Situated in Rustic Canyon, the home was initially listed in March 2010 for $6.295M. Since then it has gone through some price reductions and a couple of listing agents. Most recently, it went through a price reduction in Nov 2011 and is currently listed at $3.85M, quite a hefty drop from its original list price. A great deal could be had here.
